after starting developing a game engine with java i have finally made a pretty staple version.
as of now it supports mouse movements, click and keyboard input.
as well as drawing stuff in the canvas.
checking if the mouse is hovering or clicking on stuff is easy as pie now since the every class that extends the engine get their own automatic MouseHovering() method that gets called many times in a second.
the engine is specified to make point and click games flow like the old sierra adventure games. (hint hint. like kings quest 5 and up).
i got a test game going right now where i can test the engine and figure out how i can do it better and faster.
as for the game:
the game is not in production yet. i need to make the engine ready so i can do rapid fire point and click games.
because the school is in the way and slowing the production down more than it should.
